Job Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial, administrative and operational duties to the General Manager
- Ensure smooth running of correspondence, time management and communication between staff and external parties
- Maintain & organize files, records & documents to ensure information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Schedule & coordinate appointments, meetings & events
- Attend meetings and assist in taking minutes
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate/diploma in Secretarial or degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 - 5 years' working experience in secretarial job
- Possess good organization, communication and interpersonal skill
- Proactive and pleasant personality
