Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial, administrative and operational duties to the General Manager
  • Ensure smooth running of correspondence, time management and communication between staff and external parties
  • Maintain & organize files, records & documents to ensure information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Schedule & coordinate appointments, meetings & events
  • Attend meetings and assist in taking minutes

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate/diploma in Secretarial or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 - 5 years' working experience in secretarial job
  • Possess good organization, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive and pleasant personality
