Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing sales administration documentation, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and billings, ensuring procedures are followed in compliance with policies related to credit control, vacant possession, and title transfers.
  • Handle day-to-day sales administration tasks related to after-sales services.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the property software system by maintaining an organized filing system for purchaser records, collections, and documents.
  • Coordinate with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.
  • Oversee the execution of SPA and loan documentation, issuing letters of undertaking to end-financiers, and managing daily credit and administrative tasks, correspondences, and activities.
  • Ensure that all procedures are correctly followed, and documents are processed on time, including the execution of SPAs, reminders, and billings.
  • Monitor progressive billings, reminders, and notices of termination to purchasers/end-financiers in line with SPA terms and conditions.
  • Ensure timely billings, collection of progressive payments, and proper handling of loan documentation.
  • Assist in project launches and related events as needed.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors as required.
  • Oversee the vacant possession process.
  • Carry out any additional assignments as instructed.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in sales administration, credit administration, billing & collection, conveyancing, or related fields within the property development industry.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including major Microsoft Windows and having experience using IFCA system is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Housing Act and contents of standard Sale & Purchase Agreement of both Schedule H and G, DMC and other legal terms.
  • Hands-on experience in the entire process of sales administration from preparation of agreements until delivery of vacant possession and transfer of titles for Schedule G & H

Additional Information:

  • Official Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
  • Expected to work on weekends and/or public holidays (When have Events/Roadshows)
  • Based in Setia Alam
