Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with Demand and Supply and make a short and long-term supply plan.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize inventory management, transportation, and warehousing operations.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with new OEM partners and collaborate with current OEM partners to resolve production or supply issues.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct inventory cycle counts on a regular basis.
  • Issue the PO against the local OEM suppliers and operate export, including export documentation.
  • Issue the PO against the Other CJ affiliates and proceed import from outside of MY including importing documentation.
  • Develop and innovate the process regarding export/import/logistics from the operational excellence perspective.
  • Coordinate with customs and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance of documentation and reporting.
  • Negotiate purchasing terms and prices with OEM partners to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • Skills & knowledge requirements:

  • Possess a minimum diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
  • Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, motivated attitude.
  • Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
