  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering sales and market development for Turcomp. The person is responsible for monitoring the project progress in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling key customers’ account activities and develop new customer base
  • Sales & Marketing of rotating equipment and other Industrial Equipment product lines of the company
  • Customer services which include daily operational activities, field supporting works and customer support activities & maintenance
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Responding and attend to customer inquiries and needs promptly to meet their satisfaction.
  • Liaise and confer with customers and project engineers to assess equipment needs and determine the system requirements.
  • Meet and understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Analysing costs and sales. Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
  • Tender preparation & project co-ordination
  • To attend job-related meetings / appointments / site visits / authorities offices and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • To perform other duties / assignments at such time and in such manner as Company may from time to time direct

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any relevant field.
  • Preferable 2-3 years’ experience. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industrial will be in additional advantage.
  • Positive working attitude, Proactive, Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Fluent in written & verbal Malay & English languages
