To assist in driving digital transformation projects in collaboration with business units, acting as a project manager to ensure IT solutions are aligned with company goals.
To involve in demand management, from scoping requirements, feasibility studies, and functional specifications to project initiation, deployment, and support.
To act as the primary contact for IT-related issues, working with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions and support to business units.
To involve in governance frameworks for managing relationships with business units, ensuring regular communication, performance reporting, and project progress updates.
To collate and manage IT-related expenditures, providing cost summaries to finance departments and supporting the budgeting process.
To support the overall implementation of the company’s quality management system and promote a process-driven, customer-focused approach.
To assist in identifying risks and opportunities within IT projects and ensure appropriate actions are implemented to mitigate risks and drive improvements.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager, service delivery manager or business analyst.
Domain knowledge in ERP/Finance/Supply Chain related systems would be an advantage.
Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a property development environment.
Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., supply chain, finance, procurement).
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
