Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, designing and coordinating of FamilyMart new store opening, refit and upgrading works
  • Participate and support project feasibility, visibility and viability study.
  • To manage site activities within project duration, requirements and budget.
  • Problem solving and able to provide solutions to manage site issues and vendors
  • Conduct sites inspection on regular basis to review progress and project performance
  • Work closely within project team to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project planning
  • Ensure regular progress update and reports within project team and superiors
  • Manage and maintain detailed documentation for related projects
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements

  • Must Possess at least degree in Building Construction/Construction Project Management/Interior Fit Out/Architecture or other related fields
  • Equipped with AutoCAD Skills. Able to read, produce layout and understand construction technical drawings
  • Minimum 2 years Project Management or Fit Out experience (On site)
  • Excellent presentation, communications, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong management skills in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as contractors and vendors
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
  • Others: Adobe Photoshop,3D Max will be added advantages
