Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the process and enquiries of license renewal (Franchise License).
• To monitor the performance and overall sales production of the franchisees.
• To ensure franchisees follow company policies, procedures and guideline during the renewal process.
• To handle general enquiries from franchisees
• Assist in the organising of Rockwills events such as Estate Planning Forums, Annual Convention, Achiever’s Congress and other events.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in related fields.
• Familiar with Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and Ms Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
