  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain reporting tools and applications to support all strategic and tactical needs of the programs.

· Power BI Dashboard development and generation for daily, weekly, monthly and all reporting needs.

· Gather user requirements for new reports and enhance existing reports. Interpret needs and design reports to meet end user expectations.

· Test all new reports/deliverable and periodically review them for quality control. Data validation and attention to detail is required as this role will be accountable for quality of all the numbers delivered through dashboards or otherwise.

· Interfacing between client and internal stakeholders (field team). Follow the responsiveness of process owners on various issues.

· Mine multiple data sources including survey, sales & merchandising data, device usage by the field team, and other adhoc data sources.

· Lead and manage the automation effort for the team and identify and implement automation of manual activities.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.

· Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and organizational objectives, sharing knowledge and skills. Positively work and influence with team members to partner together to achieve individual, customers and business goals.

Desired Profile:

· Must have an expert level proficiency in operating Microsoft BI suite products, especially Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft MyAnalytics S

· SQL/Python, Research Design (regression modelling, attribution modelling, link analysis e.q. RDX , in-store flow, coverage shift assessment)

· Data cleansing/ governance

· Data management and reporting

· Data visualisation via Power BI development

· Data interpretation (analysis to drive end-to-end business process and outcome) – C2S on labour coverage + optimisation opp, special projects, MISX & RDX

· English (preferred is fluency in verbal at least to dialogue with 1 more country in Asia Pacific)

· Should be comfortable working in unpredictable scenarios

· Experience in Retail Industry (Desirable)

· Post graduate/management degree desirable

· With leadership quality
