JOB PURPOSES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product and Business Administrator to manage our product lifecycle and support business operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, overseeing product development processes, and ensuring business objectives are met.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management:
• Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to ensure goals are met and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Product Documentation: Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.

Business Administration:
• Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business operations.
• Financial Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and address issues.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on product and business performance for senior management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. degrees Experience: 2 years of experience in product management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in product management tools and business software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive and innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
