Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Tax & Treasury APAC & MEA, Regional Tax Manager will be responsible for Transfer Pricing, Controlling & Compliance as well as Tax advisory in Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa Region.
A Typical Day
- Oversee all taxation activities in the region, work closely with country finance/ tax colleagues and external advisors to ensure the tax compliance and reporting obligations are met for all legal entities in APAC & MEA.
- Ensuring compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements and compliance with the group Transfer Pricing policy.
- Drafting/reviewing of transfer pricing reports including economic and financial analysis to support the pricing policies of the group.
- Ensure transfer pricing obligations (e.g. documentation) are filled/ maintained under local transfer pricings laws and regulations.
- Carry out and implement transfer pricing policies in line with the Tax Policy of the company
- Manage tax audits within the region, lead the local finance/ tax and external advisors to develop tax audit defense strategy and communicate with tax authorities.
- Overview and coordinate on quarterly tax reporting packages, tax cashflow forecasts and tax provisions.
- Supporting review of legal and capital structure, provide tax advice and collaborate with legal, treasury and other stakeholders on the execution.
- Monitor developments in tax legislation in the region and update the stakeholders with suggested actions.
- Develop and deliver appropriate tax training to improve overall tax awareness and enhance tax governance.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other related majors. CPA/related degree in taxation is preferred.
- 8+ year of relevant experience with extensive corporate tax knowledge in MNC and/or consulting firm.
- Collaborator with excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with people across functions and culture.
- Organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent command of English, with good written, oral and presentation skills as well as the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly to non-tax audiences
