    **Job Purpose**

    - To be responsible and accountable for the commercial and operational management of the designated store, maximizing sales opportunities and minimizing losses.
    - To be an effective member of the store management team and contribute to achieving the budget, goals, and objectives set for the store.
    - To ensure all company policies and procedures are fully complied with and implemented.
    - To manage a team, oversee merchandise, ensure efficient space management, and maintain the highest standards of service.

    Job Responsibilities

    1)Generating Sales

    Maximize sales and commercial opportunities by effectively using resources and information to increase sales per square foot, average basket size, and overall transactions. Actively implement sales promotions, analyze sales data to identify strengths and weaknesses, follow best practices for managing store business, and lead the team to achieve daily targets.

    2) Customer Service

    Ensure high standards of customer service by monitoring and implementing the company’s service values. Provide a welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable service on the sales floor. Ensure all staff adhere to service standards and offer the best dining experience. Handle inquiries quickly and effectively, and respond to customer complaints and comments.

    3) Cost Control

    Support the operation manager effort in ensuring store operation expenses are in line with the budget allocation.

    4) Operational Efficiency

    • Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, procedures, rules, regulations, and profit protection measures. Minimize losses and maximize profitability by achieving targets for staff costs, theft, loss, and controllable expenses. Use available information to plan for seasonal sales changes, events, promotions, space, equipment, and stock needs. Accurately administer price changes. Adhere to legal and company regulations, and safeguard company assets through health, safety, and security policies. Assist in setting and achieving store targets and objectives.

    5) Managerial

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to achieve high performance and productivity. Manage the sales team, addressing training needs, conducting performance reviews, and appraisals. Ensure effective communication with all team members and plan work schedules to cover business peaks. Support the operation manager in fostering a sales and service-oriented culture in the store.
