Job Title : Sales & Marketing Manager

Report To : General Manager/or any appointed parties

Job Summary :
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Sales and Marketing department, ensuring the alignment of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer service excellence to achieve business growth. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and close coordination with the sales and customer service teams. The Manager will focus on driving revenue, market expansion, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing production capacity.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall Sales & Marketing strategy to meet the company’s business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Manager and Customer Service Executive, ensuring the teams are motivated, aligned, and achieving set goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape future strategies and business plans.

2. Sales Growth & Market Expansion
- Set sales targets and performance objectives for the Sales Manager and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and key industry sectors for the development of potential customer bases.
- To assist the company to follow up on the payment collection from the customer.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Oversee customer relationship management strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Executive to ensure all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests are handled professionally and promptly.
- Ensure that customer feedback is effectively communicated to relevant departments to improve product quality, service delivery, and processes.

4. Operational Coordination & Process Improvement
- Ensure that sales and customer service operations are functioning efficiently and that administrative systems are optimized for smooth workflows.
- Drive continual improvement in the quoting, sales, and customer service processes, ensuring that the company remains competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with other departments (production, quality control, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolution of any product issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize the use of production machinery capacity through strategic sales planning.

5. Team Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for direct reports (Sales Manager, Customer Service Executive).
- Foster a positive, goal-oriented work culture that encourages teamwork, initiative, and personal growth.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination within the department to maximize productivity and efficiency.

6. Reporting
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer satisfaction, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Monitor sales and marketing KPIs and take corrective actions where necessary to stay on target.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Microsoft Office application (e.g. Word, Excel).
- Proven experience in a senior sales or marketing role, preferably within manufacturing or packaging industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong preference for proficiency in Mandarin.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategic initiatives based on market trends and data.
