Objective:

  • Develop new & maintain existing customers, promote product
    & solution to achieve sales revenue set for the given Northern territory.
  • Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer
    shares, with create customers’ need that improve customers’ productivity.

Job Description:

  • Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned products, generate new sales opportunities.
  • Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to identify and fulfill
    customers’ needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
  • Gains customers’ acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and
    operational improvements in using products.
  • Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential
    market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and
    summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
  • Cooperate with credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables
    collection & reduce overdue.
  • Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer
    satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holders from engineering background, SPM can consider if really good experience.
  • Good in presentation skill, computer literate (Words, Excel, Power Points etc).
  • Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
  • Industrial equipment sales handling.
  • Good working attitude & persistency in pursuing own goals.
  • Analytical person with innovative problem-solving ability.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
