KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage the company's credit policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize overdue balances.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding debts and maintain accurate records of all communications.
  • Reconcile accounts, handle discrepancies, and resolve billing disputes professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit status and outstanding accounts for management.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client payment issues.
  • Negotiate payment terms and settlements, when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to debt collection and credit control.
  • Work closely among teams in dealing with customers related enquiries & update
  • Provide general corporate support along with internal audit on standard workflow
  • Manage information requests and good deal with information of sensitive & confidential nature
  • Devising and maintaining systematic office systems, including data management and filing of important documents, both electronic & physical copy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of credit management principles and procedures.
  • Meticulous in work and produce result with high accuracy
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, honest & trustworthy
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination and communication skill
  • Multitasking, self-motivated, initiative, posses a pleasant personality
  • Well-perform both independently & in teams
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Professional qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Required Skill(s): Corporate reporting, data entry, analytical skill
  • Preferably able to start to work immediately
