Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team:
  • Lead and motivate a team of logistics personnel to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  Warehouse Management System (WMS):
  • Operate and manage the WMS efficiently.
  • Train team members on WMS usage and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  Inventory Management:
  • Plan and optimize inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Report low stock levels promptly to the Operation Manager
  Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support broader organizational goals.
  Equipment Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
  • Schedule regular inspections and ensure proper functioning of machinery.
  Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and team performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all warehouse activities.
  
  Requirements
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
