  • Responsible to manage company’s recruiting, training and development as well as employee performance programs, updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes.
  • Responsible to organize the company’s day-to-day procedures and provide clerical support to our managers and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

  • Maintain and monitor the integrity of the Human Resources Information Management Systems for accurate employee data.
  • Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and grading structures.
  • Payroll processing – monthly preparation & timely completion of full spectrum of payroll in liaison with HQ
  • Coordinate and organize all statutory contribution payments and liaison with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
