Responsible to manage company’s recruiting, training and development as well as employee performance programs, updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes. Responsible to organize the company’s day-to-day procedures and provide clerical support to our managers and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Overseas the gatehouse contract security protocol, the company infrastructure (proper building functioning & faults). Upholds a high standard of corporate image (including organizing meeting of visitors and video introductions and control of visit time). Regular back-up of company computers to server to prevent loss due to system collapse. Maintain and monitor the integrity of the Human Resources Information Management Systems for accurate employee data. Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and grading structures. Payroll processing – monthly preparation & timely completion of full spectrum of payroll in liaison with HQ Coordinate and organize all statutory contribution payments and liaison with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
