Requirement:

  • At least 2-3 years similar working experience
  • Knowledge in SQL/Autocount accounting software if preferable
  • Microsoft Excellent
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Responsibilities:

  • To perform data entry into SQL accounting system
  • To assist in receiving, liaise with supplier/customers when necessary
  • To ensure accuracy of daily transaction of SQL accounting system
  • To be responsible for general accounting processes, which includes processing of invoices, data entry, AP, AR, OR, payment voucher and etc
  • Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system
  • Preparation of invoice & credit note
  • Providing support and assistant to the account and sales team
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist in daily operations and maintaining of proper filing system
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Management
