Job Description:
- Manage and ensure all site office documentation, including hard & soft copy documents, email correspondence, and administrative filing, are up to date and easily traceable.
- Assist Site Personnel in preparing weekly progress reports and meeting minutes; act as a liaison for external stakeholders regarding documentation matters.
- Ensure site office equipment is well-maintained to support smooth operations; promptly rectify any breakdowns.
- Maintain records of site staff attendance, overtime claims, worker lists, CIDB green cards, machinery certificates, crane operator licenses, and safety documents for audits.
- Assist in preparing and compiling documents for stage billing claims and coordinate site activities and project meetings as required.
- To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required 3-4 years of relevant Administrative experience
- Familiarity with property development/construction industry will be great advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous.
- Well organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimal of supervision.
- Full Time (2) Position Available
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
