Senior Executive, Strategic Alliances

Job description

• To ensure the objectives and targets of Deposit, Payment & Financial Inclusion Department will be achieved.
• To be responsible on driving BSN SSP growth through campaigns and collaboration with strategic partners.
• To focus on efforts to drive SSP growth and performance.
• To plan and strategize yearly marketing plans for BSN SSP campaign.
• To work closely with the State Branch on the marketing plans and programs.
• Developing a strong relationship strategy partnership, identifying new partnership opportunities and to maintain a long-term relationship.
• Manage and develop the marketing materials designs such as flyers, posters, bunting, digital marketing, merchandise, internal communication, email blasts, and others that fit to BSN's corporate standards to support BSN SSP marketing materials for HQ and States level.

Job requirement

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design and /or equivalent field is required.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in marketing and campaigns for banking or related field is required for this position
• At least 2 years of experience in design or similar field. A comprehensive understanding and proficiency in design and editing tools are essential for this position.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills (BM and English)
• Good in handling Microsoft Offices (Words, Power point and Excel)
• Good experience in writing business proposal would be added advantage
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding and consumer behavior
