Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

• Responsible in driving and improving Manufacturing Quality Metrics like LAR (Lot Acceptance Rate), LRR (Line Reject Rate), DPPM, CP/CPK, FPY (First Pass Yield) and CQM (Customer Quality Metric).
• Liaise with Customers on any quality issues and drive the internal team in order to provide good quality products to customers
• Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems, special for automotive industry requirement, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA,CP .
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
• Ensures products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborating with operations managers or production supervisors to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issue
• Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Developing corrective actions, solutions and improvement.
• Reviewing codes, specifications and processes.
• To carry out any other Duties and as required
