  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant Team Leader who specializes in the blue-collar industry. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, driving them to achieve targets, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the best candidates are sourced for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, logistics, and more.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing strategies to meet the staffing needs of our clients while managing and motivating a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring they achieve their performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in blue-collar industries, understanding their staffing needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for roles such as welders, drivers, construction workers, machine operators, and other skilled trades.
  • Implement recruitment strategies that drive candidate attraction for blue-collar positions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Manage client accounts, attend client meetings, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Continuously improve the team’s efficiency and recruitment techniques by leveraging industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on trends and labor market conditions affecting blue-collar recruitment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent understanding of blue-collar industries and the challenges faced in talent acquisition.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
