  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering preferably with experience in PCB repair and trouble shooting.
  • However, those with lower qualifications but with field experience of minimum 2 years will be considered.
  • Experience in supervising and training technicians (applicable for Service Engineer only).
  • Knowledge of power electronic and UPS system will be an added advantage.
  • Report writing skills and computer literacy is essential.
  • Self-starter and customer service oriented.
  • Independent, willing to work long and odd hours, flexible, cool character with common sense and analytical mind.
  • Possess own transport.

Basic Job Functions:

  • Lead a team of experienced service technicians (applicable for Service Engineer only) to carry out routine maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting of ups systems.
  • Establish and maintain quality service standards and procedures.
  • Carry out audit in customer’s data centre facilities
  • Provide quality 24 x 7 service to “Mission Critical” facilities.
