Job Description

  • Responsible for all Direct employees related topics such as below:
  • Partner with business leaders on hiring demands and needs,
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues,
  • Coaching and counseling managers and employees in all areas of performance management and process (performance improvement plans, annual appraisals, career pathing, timely feedback, conflict resolution),
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances,
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal advisor to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations,
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures,
    • Union Management
  • Involved with collective agreement,
  • Liaised with Union work site committee and also National Union,
    • Responsible for RBA – Labor system
  • Ensure compliance according to RBA criteria
    • Foreign workers management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 15 years work experience as an Employee Relations personal or similar role
    • Have experience in Union Management
    • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
    • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement
    • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Excellent problem-solving , decision-making skills and negotiation skills
