You will play an important role in:
- Providing support on office administration and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Providing administration support to the CEO and DCEO.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Administration/Secretarial or its equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field is required.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
- Experience in secretarial skills, MS OFFICE, MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS POWER POINT
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task.
