Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organisation’s business goals.
- To plan, create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, 小红书 (Xiaohongshu), and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness across various channels, including social media, search engines and display advertising.
- Create new and innovative growth strategies through marketing plans to ensure the company’s competitiveness in a highly competitive market.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs) and produce report to management.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and expand business development prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, sales, technologies and gold jewellery industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms (Instagram, TikTok, 小红书 (Xiaohongshu).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media etc.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
