Position: Branding and Marketing Executive

Overview: Alvigor Sdn Bhd, a premier change consultancy and training and development company, is seeking a creative and driven Branding and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing branding and marketing strategies that enhance our company's image, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company’s vision and values.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Develop content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
  • Develop and schedule regular social media posts that engage and inform our audience.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create compelling and high-quality content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Work with graphic designers to develop visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Event Planning and Management:
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops that promote our brand and services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Public Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
  • Write and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
  • Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company spokespersons.
  • Website Management:
  • Use WIX and WordPress to maintain and update the company website.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and monitor site performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Use data to inform and adjust marketing strategies for optimal results.
  • Maintain a marketing dashboard to monitor key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in branding and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
  • Experience with WIX and WordPress for website management and updates.
