Responsibilities:

  • Report to Assistant Manager, Human Resources & Administration, supervise a team of cleaners, receptionist and liaise with Property Management.
  • Manage and liaise with contractors on building maintenance and cleanliness matters. Ensure building are well-maintained, cleaned and always at tip-top conditions.
  • Manage all office equipment such as copiers, projectors, dispensers and electrical appliances, coffee machine and etc.
  • Manage building security matters such as CCTV, access cards, fire extinguishers, emergency exits and etc.
  • Assist in administration matters such as insurance review and renewal, license monitoring and company car matters.
  • Assist in administration matters such as liaison with government office regarding license renewal and application.
  • Manage stationery, uniform, pantry matters and office parking matters.
  • Prepare administration reports for management review.
  • Perform manual repairs when necessary.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce / Economics or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in building maintenance will have an advantage.
  • Experience in dealing with government departments on licensing/ permit matters.
  • Hands on experience in minor repairs.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
