What You Can Be Expected To Do:

  • To manage walk-in customers, dealers and/or retailers at the service centre.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide for a class-leading service centre experience, from initial troubleshooting engagement to closing interactions, including quotation management and collections.
  • To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.
  • To perform courier packing & arrangements when required.

What This Role Will Require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Proven field service experience(s) – experience on consumer/lifestyle technology brands will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
