Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the tiles market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies impacting the tiles sector.
  • Analyze current business processes related to the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of tiles.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of optimized processes.
    Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights into business performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in production, sales, and supply chain.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support pricing strategy by evaluating cost structures, competitor pricing, and market demand.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by providing relevant data and insights.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions in production technology, marketing, and other areas.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather insights and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Lead or support various business projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, data analysis, and business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used in the tiles industry (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
