The Operations Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the day to day operations of the organization. This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating activities across departments, and providing support to management to improve operational efficiency.

Job Description :

  • Report to Operation HOD's
  • Assist in handling day to day administrative tasks of the outlets.
  • Follow up with the internal and external parties on operations matters and ensure outlets follows the proper SOP.
  • Manage MPOS System setting such as credit limit and credit term.
  • Compile sales and collection data, report and other required info for operations need such as cash in Hand, KPI, Branch Visit Form, purchase Form and etc.
  • Lease
  • Responsible for proper filing of outlet documents
  • And other ad-Hoc tasks and when assigned from time to time
  • Recruitment-Compile the Application and give to operation Manager
  • The requirement is

    - At least have a SPM or Diploma

    - Having 2 years of experience relevant to your position as and work industry

    - Willing to work long hours and be patient with the learning process

    - Able to speak English as communication with guests is a must

    - We need Team work Oriented member
