Responsibilities :
- Carrying out and coordinating Company payroll process for both local and foreign workforces
- Performing validation and checking on all pay elements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
- Handling and ensuring the compliance to the statutory contributions requirements such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC and others
- Managing and coordinating the Company employees compensation & benefits policies and procedures
- Coordinating periodic employees performance evaluation, salary review activities and any other rewarding schemes from time to time
- Assisting in administration of all HR related policies and procedures
- Providing advice to the area managers on the best practice in all aspects of employment, including company policies and legislation
- Maintaining regular contact with all levels of employees in understanding their concerns and feedback to management for improvement actions execution
- Preparing periodic management report and recommending for continuous improvement suggestions
- Organizing and participating the Company periodic welfare and community involvement activities
- Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time
Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field of compensation and benefit
- Good knowledge and understanding the interpretation of employment related Acts and other relevant regulations
- Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application
- Well organized, detailed-oriented and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all time with integrity
- Good interpersonal relation skill, able to communicate with all levels of staff
