Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in any Sales Industry, preferably in the Automotive Car market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information on available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale. Conduct test drives, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and market trends. Stay informed about new arrivals and special promotions.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Assist customers with financing options and explain warranty and after-sales services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure the used car lot and showroom are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Assist in the preparation and display of vehicles.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
