Warehouse Operation Manager - Shift (ID: 655628)

2.0 Job Responsibilities (duties / task)

2.1 Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
2.2 Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
2.3 Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.
2.4 Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of business support.
2.5 Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
2.6 Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
2.7 Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes and etc.
2.8 Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
2.9 Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient.
2.10 Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
2.11 Performs other duties as assigned.

3.0 Job Specification (qualification, experience, skills, attributes)

3.1 Minimum three (3) years of experience in logistics or supply chain management with at least one (1) year in supervision or management of logistics or related field.
3.2 Bachelor’s degree programs in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
3.3 Record of successful distribution and logistics management
3.4 Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
3.5 Demonstrated understanding of consumer goods industry
3.6 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
3.7 Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
3.8 BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
3.9 Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment.
