We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Service Complex Data Solution team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry with focus on Business Intelligence landscape and customer facing application with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects/programs. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects / programs under your care within scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

As a Senior Project Manager, having PMP,PRINCE, Agile/Waterfall experience at least minimum of 5-8 years is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of current and latest technology trends will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology and project management aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of software lifecycle, process, presentation skills. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Pooi Hoe and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as Business Analyst in the DHL Data Warehouse BI team. Gaining more hands-on experience with managing multiple projects across all areas in DHL has always fascinated me, from there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Project Manager role. In 2019, I moved to a management role, being Team Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Business Intelligence.
