Job Description:

Coordinate Marketing Collaborations with External Platforms

  • Plan, organize, and establish partnerships with external platforms like PayNet, KPDN, and Boost for impactful marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with these platforms to leverage their reach, audience, and technologies to maximize marketing effectiveness and brand exposure.
  • Facilitate Trade Partnership Opportunities

  • Liaise with internal and external parties to identify and cultivate trade partnership opportunities.
  • Develop media kits and advertisement rates for Business Unit teams to leverage in their actions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and Optimize Nationwide Redemption Program

  • Conduct market research to identify a wide array of rewards suitable for employees or customers. Source innovative and appealing rewards that align with company values, budgetary constraints, and target audience preferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiating terms and contracts for reward acquisition. Ensure timely delivery and quality of rewards while managing vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and unique offerings.
  • Develop reward programs tailored to specific demographics or performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams, to align rewards with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the budget allocated for rewards and incentives. Monitor expenses, track costs, and optimize spending to maximize the impact of reward programs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the implementation of reward programs, ensuring seamless execution and communication to the intended recipients.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of reward initiatives through metrics, surveys, or feedback mechanisms, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Forge Partnerships for In-Store Media Sales

  • Identify and engage with external parties, such as Shopper360, to explore and capitalize on in-store media sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with these partners to develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales within physical retail spaces.
  • Cross-Functional Communication

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to align strategies and achieve common objectives effectively.
  • Forge Partnerships for Value-Added Features

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external parties to enhance the membership app's features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and manage collaborations aimed at providing added value and exclusive benefits for members.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Preferably a degree in business, marketing or procurement related study.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Purchasing
    • Strong analytical skills (e.g., ability to evaluate pricing scenarios, make vs. buy decisions, quality vs. cost, etc)
    • Self-motivated, detailed orientated, highly organized, meticulous and committed to meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills (Oral & written)
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
    • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
