Responsibility

  • Works closely with the HR Manager as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance or Compensation-related action items
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on leave matters, benefits, and HR policies, offboarding by fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Support in preparing monthly Headcounts reporting and any other ad hoc reports as and when required.
  • Payroll Management: Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and precise salary payments, benefits administration, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Check and update on the salary calculation, government statutory, salary deductions, OT calculation, allowances, time attendance and any other relevant payroll data to ensure smooth running of the entire payroll process
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing clear and timely information to employees and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in generalist HR Management and processing payroll
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant studies
  • Committed to managing confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (MUST), English and Bahasa Malaysia
