Support Manager in

  • Day-to-day sales and procurement transactions & activities such as filing and record, etc.
  • Co-ordination of business activity with business partner- customers and service provider
  • To assist data entry of accounting, ensure timely and accuracy
  • Assist in preparing payment voucher, official receipts, invoice, customer SOA and any related to the accounts.
  • Assist in preparing banking facility such as bank acceptance
  • Preparation for Director & office staff's claims.
  • Preparation for monthly inter-co billing.
  • Handle petty cash, credit cards reports and reimbursements.
  • Manage and assist in business administrative duties and inventory controls
  • Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.

Requirement:

  • Preferably at least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate with Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business or Accounting
  • Good accounting & organizing skills
  • Able to work independently or as a team
  • Required to speak and read in Mandarin and English
  • Prefer candidate who can start immediately
