Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
  • Manage financial aspects, including P&L management, sales targets, budget forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow revenue, manage risks, and streamline processes.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture with a focus on team development and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to make customer-centric, profit-focused decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, vendors, and departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to boost sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain cost-effective operations.
  • Support, mentor, and provide guidance to the team; actively participate in company events and team-building activities.
  • Flexible for occasional overtime and remote work based on business needs.


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to increase operational efficiency, control costs, and drive sales growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, project management tools, and operational software.
  • Solid understanding of cost control, supply chain management, and financial management.
  • High level of drive, integrity, and commitment to organizational success
  • Familiarity with using AI tools and data analytics for operational improvements is a plus.
  • Own transport and device are a plus.
