We are seeking for a Desktop Support Engineer to expand our team - ideally based in Cyberjaya.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing high quality remote end user support services to our important customers in Australia and the surrounding region.

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports a large fleet of Microsoft Windows based devices as well as some mobile phones and tablets on both android and IOS. You will be working within a team to resolve incident and requests, ensuring our customers' systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end user support for laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, phone and audio-visual equipment.
  • Remotely troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS & Office 365 business apps and escalate to 3rd party support/vendors when necessary.
  • Perform remote device reset via use of Intune and Autopilot as required.
  • Create and update Knowledge Base Articles to empower Service Desk Analysts and colleagues to resolve more cases effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with documented processes and initiate escalations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive notes in the ITSM tool, following policies and procedures for superior customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate them to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting end user for laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, phone and audio-visual equipment.
  • Strong knowledge in Windows OS & Office 365 business apps
  • Possess a good understanding of ITIL processes and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to work on Australian business hours (6AM - 3PM MYT)
