Waiter/ Waiters

Job Summary:
We seek a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences, be able to manage multiple tables efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests upon arrival.
Present menus, and provide detailed information on food and beverage.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing their needs or complaints promptly.
Clear tables, reset dining areas and ensure a clean, organized dining environment.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure proper hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, folding napkins, and replenishing supplies.
Promote specials or new items, and upsell when appropriate.
