School Cunsultant (PhD Education)

1. Acting as Programme Coordinator in organising and managing of operations for Doctor of Education program (EdD) including the following matters: -
a. Manage and supervise EdD students in all University matters.
b. Preparing the tutorial timetable
c. Assist Academic Facilitator related with Academic program such as lesson plan, teaching records, and tutorial attendance in order to provide evidence of quality teaching.
d. Assist on student’s records keeping.

2. Other matters
a. To provide administrative assistance and supporting in teaching and learning activities for the school
b. To assist school in record keeping and documentation such as maintaining MQA filing record to satisfy MQA requirements for audit purposes of the teaching and learning activities
c. Acting as secretariat for school’s meeting and prepare the school meeting minutes
d. Assist school in resolving academic queries pertaining to student matters and subjects offered in school
e. Assist the school on administrative tasks as outline above on some special projects with partners
f. To perform any other duties as given by the Dean of School.

Job Requirements:
1. A Candidate must possess a PhD/Doctoral in Education
2. At least 2 years of experience in managing students or lecturing.
3. Strong self-motivation, discipline, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and respect for timelines and deadlines.
