Hostess

Responsibilities:
 Monitor guest waiting list and estimate waiting times for guests.
 Provide a menu for customers and explain the daily special menus.
 Regularly check the reservation book for next meal reservations.
 Ensure effective and fast delivery service by the servers
 Responsible in providing excellent customer service to the guest from the time they arrive until they leave the restaurant (opens the door, welcome and greet guests as they arrive, escort guests to their seats, etc.)
 Monitor the service of the waiters/waitresses.
 Inspect dining facilities and ensure proper maintenance
 Attend to customers’ queries and provide assistance where required.

Requirement:
 Certificate in hotel management and hospitality is a plus
 Excellent hospitality services skills.
 Polite and pleasing personality.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Effective customer service skills
 Ability to withstand pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Good organisational and management skills.
 Possess leadership skills.
 Possess flexibility and multi-tasking ability.
