  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

The Finance Executive / Senior Executive manages the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting. This role reports to HR & Finance Director.

Job Responsibilities :

To prepare and be responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual closing activities.
To identify and recommend workflow/process improvement to improve on overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
To liaise and coordinate with the external auditor to complete annual audits.
Any other assignment assigned by the superior from time to time.
To review tasks completed and provides guidance to juniors on routine operational accounting activities before submitting to Finance Director. (for Senior Executive)
Annual Tax estimation and tax computation (for Senior Executive)
Compilation for annual business plan/financial forecasting. (for Senior Executive)

Requirements:
Candidate with Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
Possessing commensurate related working experiences minimum 3 years would be considered
Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other equivalent Professional Qualification (for Senior Executive)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office
Experience in annual budgeting and forecasting would be an added advantage
Self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask, remain motivated and positive while under pressure.
