Description

1.Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawings as a guide.
2.Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs.
3.Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
4.Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records/site diary of the work activities, inclusive of weather, materials delivered on site, measurement & test record and etc.
5.Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards.
6.Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants.
7.Comply to Company's Quality System, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times.
8.To ensure the project construction work schedule on time.
9.To report to the Project Manager/Consultant :
-For any technical problems encountered on site.
-To ensure what the works done are conformed to the drawing by the contractors.
-To ensure the requirements of specification and workmanship are complied with by the contractors.
-To monitor for faulty workmanship or materials incorporated in the work.

Job Requirements
1.Diploma in civil, mechanical, electrical or it's related field.
2.Minimum 2-5 years experience in building construction project.
3.Willing to be stationed at Muar, Johor.
4.Able to work Immediately.
