• to prepare inspection test plan and ensure correct implemention of the approved inspection test plan
• to review and approve supplier inspection test paln and procedures
• to perform electrical and instrumentation (E&I) related material inspection during receiving, execute specific inspections on materrials, equipments, and construction/installation activities on site
• to issue relevent quality records and when necessary, prepare and send non-conformance report to the quality control supervisor
• to check cable laying and cable identification. Also to perform all relevent loop checks
• to update as-built drawings
• to check power transformers, switchboard , accumulator battery, sockets outlets, lighting system
• to perform visual inspection, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection
• to perform test of continuity and insulation resistance
• to calibrate safety valves and instruments
• to check installation of instrument and perform functional test
• to check pneumatic signal connection
• to check fiber optic cable
• to perform test communication functionalities
• to verify special processes and relevent workers qualification
• to witness test, controls and inspection carried out
• to check conformity with the quality control plan, obtain relevent documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in test, undertake controls and inspection and manage documents certifying test.
