Job Summary:
The Commis Chef plays a crucial role in the kitchen brigade of an Authentic Malay Restaurant. They assist the Line Cook, Chef de Partie, Snr. Sous Chef. Ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:
1. Helping the Chefs in food preparation (cutting vegetables, meats, portioning)
2. Clean up the workstation every time after finishing a job.
3. Cooking - Execute cooking tasks assigned by the Line Cook, Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, and
Sous Chef.
