Junior Contract Executive

As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineers to join our Proposal and Contracts Team in Kuala Lumpur. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to assist our Proposal and Contracts Team with preparing proposals, managing contracts, and supporting tender processes. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in proposal preparation, contract management, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of proposals, ensuring all requirements and specifications are accurately addressed.
- Assist in the management and coordination of contract documentation and compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess pricing information.
- Help analyze and compare quotations and tenders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize records of proposals, contracts, and market research findings.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate proposal and contract processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support proposal development and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
- No prior experience required; this role is ideal for recent graduates.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in document preparation and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
