1. To plan, manage and coordinate special project / task assigned by the organization.
2. To understand, implement and comply to the KPI measures and requirements stated in the Customer’s Service Level Agreement.
3. To identify the necessary functions, organization’s structure, resources and facilities in order to realize the established plans.
4. To monitor, appraise and review the success of plan & strategies and initiate measure to continuously enhanced the business performance.
5. To plan and execute the improvement action plan for non-conformance raised by customer.
6. To ensure effective financial management on the department’s operation versus established budget.
7. To communicate and update the department’s performance to top management (monthly/ quarterly report).
8. To ensure sufficient and effective manpower planning.
9. To participate in the employee selection process & identify the employee training needs.
10. To monitor, control and regulate employee’s discipline based on the established policies and procedures.
