  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: FPA (Financial Planning Analysis) Manager

Location: Damansara Uptown, 47400 Petaling Jaya

Working time: Mon-Fri (8:30AM-5:30PM) / (9AM-6PM)

Work Arrangement: WFO for knowledge transfer, Hybrid

Working Duration: 12 Months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: Range between RM15,000 to RM20,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Business Planning & Analysis Manager is co-responsible for developing and using financial early warning forecast systems for Malaysia & Singapore. He/she provides financial, budgetary forecasts and strategic plans for Malaysia-Brunei and global officers, ensuring reporting system interoperability and data integrity.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in English & Malay
  • More than 7 years of experience in BPA/FP&A roles
  • Experience in audit and/or controlling, ideally in MNC
  • Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
  • Experience or background in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, Analysing, Monitoring P&L
  • Reporting
  • Business Partnering
