  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Documents required during walk-in interview:

1. Latest CV / Resume
2. Copy of IC
3. Original and copy of academic certificate & transcript (SPM / Professional Certs / Diploma / Degree / Master and etc)
4. Copy of latest 3 months' salary slip / last 3 months’ payslip

Job Description:

  • Supervise the daily operations in reception counter, general inquiries station, and reporting room.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to the new employees/ junior services assistants and ensuring all team members adhere to the department protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in managing resources and monitoring office inventory level within the department, including personnel, equipment and supplies to prevent shortages.
  • Ensure cleanliness of patient waiting area, counters and reporting room to meet customer’s expectation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in customer services related field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.
